Another one of Pneophen's Mortal Kombat characters. While he does have his trademark UMK3 moveset, he also has a few original moves, plus few moves (including his Mystic Float) from Mortal Kombat Deception. He also has 3 gameplay modes: MK is self-explanatory which also enables Fatalities, Pneo gets rid of Dial-a-combos and Fatalities (with super moves added to compensate), and Pneo+ is Pneo mode but with MvC2-like chain comboing.
