An old character I made in 2016-2017, with some minor tweaks in 2026 (and now already features AI patch).

Made for MUGEN 1.0 and newer (The "No AI" def file has no AI patch and can work in WinMUGEN, but normal def file is MUGEN 1.0 only).

Voice: Pokemon Let's Go! Eevee (before 2026 it used a mix of voice clips from Pokken Tournament/Pokemon Tekken and May's Eevee from Anime)
