According to OP:
A dsrugal port for IKEMEN... should work from 0.99 onwards.
Since there are no exploits on IKEMEN, this tier should simply be “Reloader”.
Small heads up, code execution priority on IKEMEN is totally different. P2 has priority!
It works pretty much like the original, despite IKEMEN's limitations.
(Fixed a minor bug.)
