Another IKEMEN collection kicking off the new year 
As expected this IKEMEN/MUGEN collection consists of every donald and colonel (that is public) that is from WinMugen all the way to 1.X aka 1.0/1.1 (obvi) thus is why it's called the ultimate collection. you have donalds/colonels from every version of MUGEN co-existing. therefore that is why this is called the IKEMEN/MUGEN collection. all of this is on IKEMEN.
But all of them mainly stem from the MUGEN engine. if that makes, sense. either way, this is in no particular order. enjoy, and yeah have fun!
