Devin Sinclair, an OC of mine and protagonist of my upcoming RPG project, Deltron Odyssey joins the battle in M.U.G.E.N!Devin, for those who don't know, is 16 year old full blooded deltron who was born on an unknown planet, and then was sent to another planet called Ataria after his father died. He's a trained swordsman with special powers and by summoning a del-crystal, he can shove it in his chest and transform into Hyper Helix, his most powerful form. (which will be one of his super moves in demo 2 at some point)Deltron Odyssey isn't really in development yet because I'm still struggling with ideas, character designs, plot, and other things at the moment...Anyway, here's Devin's moveset:Special moves:
