Can punch and "kick"; has no specials or hypers though.

Second file (by BorderofLife):
Bonus game character; you have to beat him within 60 seconds or he instantly kills you. Comes with an alternate .def file that makes the game crash when the timer reaches zero.

First version of this guy in Mugen, just a spriteswap of A487561's Elmo.
