Adds multiple palettes to represent various eras+iterations of Astro Boy. These palettes are included but it's recommended you only choose one of the similar looking palettes as his default and exclude the rest. This is supposed to let you customize the character into your favorite of the 3 major iterations of Astro Boy. Also adds several soundpacks, a Japanese one with Mari Shimizu voice clips, and 3 English ones with voice clips of Astro Boy's voice actresses in the 1963, 1980, and 2003 shows.

Replaces the color palettes, Improving the default palette to look closer to his appearance in the anime and making all of the other palettes a reference to something from Jetter Mars.
It also has a sound replacement file adding not only sound effects from the show but replacing all the voice clips with actual Jetter Mars voice clips.
