Here is my Arthur Read character. It’s based on a 2019 Arthur Read character I found, but I’ve added the following improvements:

It features 3 hypers, enhanced sprites, an extra victory animation, and a modified intro; you can perform air combos, and the third hyper includes the iconic "I told you not to touch it" scene.
