nah you’re not being too harsh. archive sites been “updated” for a decade and still act like the servers were built yesterday. dead ass links, random ass 429s, stuff vanishing overnight unforuantely. IA making it worse right now with the lockdowns just makes the whole thing feel extra stupid. if you’re gonna hold the internet’s memory you can’t also be this fragile, especially since you got people actively donating to you too!
