  • 🎉 WE ARE BACK ONLINE! 🎉

After few days of alot of maintenance and work. We are back online again.

So you might be wondering what happened?

After the moving with the servers its been good past few weeks until the day I woke up a week ago the server has been freezing/timing out

So I ask a Server provider what's happening they were quick to respond and told me one of the SSD have BAD sectors and needs replacing.

I have been waiting for the past 1 -3 days as they tried to get into the live cd to let me back up all my things but not working, had to do some maintance again to do a memory tests it took a long time, booting into the system I backed up everything and then the next few days was a nightmare fixing and gathering the things I needed and now its back up and running again.

Thank you to everyone for your support and waiting patiently to get it up and running. Sorry for the inconvenience

Add-ons How to Use VSelect 2.0 for the Ikemen Go

Here's a text guide for Vselect.

🎮 VSelect 2.0 + Ikemen GO / M.U.G.E.N Setup Guide (Advanced)

🔷 What VSelect actually does

VSelect is a graphical editor for:
  • select.def (roster)
  • stage assignments
  • arcade order
  • character installation via drag & drop
It does NOT run inside Ikemen or MUGEN — it only edits files.

⚠️ Important Compatibility Truth (Ikemen GO vs MUGEN)

  • Works BEST with:
    • M.U.G.E.N 1.0 / 1.1 / Ikemen GO
👉 Result:
  • Roster editing = YES
  • Visual select screen preview = YES
  • Add stages for each character
  • Add an arcade unlock for character

📁 STEP 1 — Correct Folder Structure (CRITICAL)

Your setup must look like this:
Ikemen GO /
├── data/
├── system.def

⚙️ STEP 2 — First Launch Setup

  1. Open VSelect.exe
  2. When prompted
  3. Go to the data folder and find stsytem.def to open Vselect 2.0
  • Select your system.def for Ikemen Go OR mugen

Set these correctly:

  • Game Path → your Ikemen folder
  • System.def path → data/system.def
  • Editor → Notepad++ (recommended) when editing the select.def with Vselect 2.0
