AI Patch for Tengu Man by Laspacho, aPoCaLyPsE and O Ilusionista
AI Patch created by DaMarioMemer

One the jankiest characters I've patched yet, Laspacho's RMM characters always interested me so I decided to tackle Tengu Man since his design to me is just pretty cool. I designed his AI to be go from zoning to rushdown, making use of his base projectile and his many buster specials. As for rushdown, he has plenty of combos to justify going in to try and combo. As stated he's quite janky, his ship mode is REALLY strong due to being fully invincible and being free chip damage, as well as having an odd gimmick with his dodge that gives any attack cancelled out of it invincibility frames for the WHOLE move. Overall I had a pretty fun time trying to find a balance for his zoning and rushdown. I'd be down to patch one of the newer RMM characters in the future.

Changes this patch adds:
- Tornado super made more consistent by making sure the enemy can't recover out of it.
- Fixed some combo cancelling by using statetype != A instead of statetype = S

Configuration Settings:
- AI Level
- Quick Getup
- Rate of Projectiles during transformation
- Rate of Bombs during transformation
- Rate of using Flip Kick During Aerial Combos

Pros:
- Decent combo game thanks to his launcher, while having his shoryuken as backup incase he can't land his launcher. Both routes also lead nicely into his hypers.
- Great projectiles, his base projectile is an average but very solid projectile with not much endlag. And he also has his buster which he can change at any time to have a different attack, the main ones I have his AI use are Tornado Hold, Bass Buster and Metal Cutter. Tornado hold is a fast projectile that setups for decent guard strings, Bass Buster is a solid zoning tool on top of his normal projectile and Metal Cutter is a great lingering trap that unlike the tornado doesn't need to make contact for it's full effect.
- Great hypers, his glide hyper is his most common combo ender, his projectile hyper is a solid ender if there isn't anything else available, Tornado hyper is his most damaging hyper, but is hard to combo into. And lastly the ship hypers which is REALLY GOOD thanks to being fully invincible and deals a lot of chip.
Cons:
- Some standing combos can be fairly inconsistent.
- Lacks a guard push.
- Slow normal attacks.
