AI Patch for Adamskie's Tamao Mitsurugi

I wanted to check out one of the Variable Geo characters for a while as I was interested in how they played. I decided to patch Adamskie's Tamao since she's been out for nearly a year and she doesn't come with any AI. I made her AI play fairly basic, making use of decent combos and frame data despite lacking in range. She makes good use of her grappling moves, her excellent damage output and her guard cancels. She has potential infinites from what I tested but I opted to not use them.

Configuration Settings:
- Auto AI
- AI Level
- Rate of Uppercut during Light combos
- Random Addition if opponent is too short for 214k

Pros:
- Great Damage output, Tamao's combos on average can do 200 Damage and even more with meter. Even her weaker combos still do solid damage.
- Good normals. Some frame 3 moves such as her crouching light punch and her... standing heavy punch for some reason. Nonetheless, her normals have great frame data which make up for her lack of range.
- Amazing grabs, both her base and her command grab are both frame one and her command grab has many options that are all very good! I made sure the AI uses all of them.
- Very good Guard cancels. While lacking in Iframes, they have the advantage of only costing half a bar. Her most useful ones are her uppercut and her standing strong punch.
Cons:
- Aside from her guard cancels and frame one grabs, she has little defensive options. (Yes even her DPs but they have other uses)
- Lacking in Range, even her projectiles disappear after a bit.
- Her being only 90% complete shows a little due to some things being missing like crouching normal cancels.
