Shinobu by TESTP

One of the oldest MUGEN characters, with files and origins dating back to 1999 and updates no later than 2000, this Shinobu was the most interesting TESTP out of the remaining unpatched lot to me, excluding Guile and Blue Mary who have already received AI patches. So I gave her a shot and honestly, she ended up being more powerful than expected.

Her toolset is mostly just your regular shotoclone set, but she has really good comboability, with infinites galore. I chose not to abuse the infinites but I've set up a little configuration section where you can toggle the amount of low kicks she can use in any given combo. I've set limits but you can still set it to an absurd amount.

I also took a different approach with the difficulty setting, her combos are somewhat less reliant on it, so lower AI levels are considerably more consistent compared to my previous AI patches. I found that she didn't need any guarding enhancement compared to the previous Summer Yukina AI patch which benefitted somewhat from it, so I didn't apply that.

In terms of edits, she has approximately one actual edit. Yes, ONE ACTUAL EDIT. Her .air file has lower-reaching hitboxes for her tatsumaki attack so it connect better on shorter opponents. That's it. Otherwise she has a blank 9999 anim for helpers and the obvious DOS jank removal. I guess her overrides are also an edit from her original self though? She uses WinMugen-era overrides instead of DOSMugen-era ones for obvious reasons.

Lastly, unlike most (if not, all) of my other AI patches, I've designed it so that her AI is also WinMugen compatible, so older MUGEN users can enjoy her too. Unfortunately she doesn't work in her native DOSMugen version of June 27th 2000 due to the lack of the inguarddist trigger in that version, among other reasons probably. However I think WinMugen compatibility is good enough.

15th of September hotfix:

Slightly changed her guarding changestate to have ctrl = 0. This improves AI guarding efficiency by a little bit.

21st of September hotfix:

Air teching now eats double jumps due to ugly MUGEN specifications. Since I test in IKEMEN and you can double jump after air teching in that engine, I assume you could in MUGEN but NOPE!

26th of September hotfix:

Minor coding improvements/optimizations.
