AI Patch for Sayaka Miki by Nep Heart

After patching Nep's Homura I knew I needed to do Sayaka as well. Similarly to Homura, Sayaka was in desperate need for an AI Patch as she only had a Generated patch that doesn't even work. Sayaka's combo game is just as strong as Homuras while having a slightly worse neutral. Her counter is on-par albeit a bit worse and her projectiles aren't as good. However that being said Sayaka is still busted, she can get away with so much with little punishment despite having low health. She has amazing hypers as well as an Allegro mechanic that would be hard to use on any other character besides nep heart due to being able to gain a lot of advantage frames thanks to her bounce. I overall designed her AI to be fairly upclose and utilize her combos well, and like Homura she has a lot of combo settings that are meant to set combo variety. Oh yeah this patch also comes with the full character due to similar reasons as Homura.

Pros:
- General Nep Heart shenanigans, Great combos as well as just SO much mechanics.
- Hypers serve as great reversals.
- Unique Allegro Mechanic that can grant her access to a really strong hyper.
Cons:
- Can't break air guards aside from the default guard break.
- Lacks the ability to poke through the 4th wall.
- Yeah I can't really think of much.
