AI and Balance Patch for Rare Mario Bros by Leo-22-M

I'm not done with unexpected AI Patch yet, here's one for a very old character that was meant to be cheap being Rare Mario Bros (There's only one idk what happened to the other one). But he was mostly just a big health and defense shield than anything so I figured I'd give him some AI while nerfing his stats A LOT, I also gave some of his moves chip. Mario's AI plays... well not like my usual AIs to say the least, mario pretty much uses all of his kit mostly at random, from teleporting to aggressive attacks to unsafe attacks to high damaging options and charging for fun even when he has full meter. I mostly designed him so that he no longer instant kills you now while also making him annoying to kill by having so much HP. He zips around all over the place but he has a few weak unsafe spots where he's vulnerable. Overall this was just very fun to do, patching an old character that was meant to be cheap.

Configuration:
- Toggle taunt (Mostly for youtubers and streamers)
- Auto AI
- AI Level (it doesn't really matter though ngl)
- AI Quick getup

I don't think pros and cons are necessary for this lol
