     I hope you gamers really enjoy my creations, because there are not a lot of good cartoon characters out there.

Changelog 

V1.15 to V1.3:
Made it so you can still Super Jump after you land from an air combo. (Might cause some issues)
Fixed infinite involving comboing into airdashes.
Added flame effect to custom jump land after attacks
Made Stars and Stripes be impacted by the Damage Dampener
Simplified Circus Bink's command to fit more with MVC
Modified the Arcade Mode intro to make more sense with the lore DDR set up.

V1.1 to V1.15:
Fixed accidental Normal Mode Pummel buff while maintaining the Spinach Mode buff.

V1.0 to V1.1:
Fixed bug when throws are used while the Nephew is pummeling the opponent. (I had to make it so throws didn't hit the opponent because of darn engine limits)
Buffed Spinach Mode Pummel
Probably something else I forgot


V original to V 1.0:
Removed Bomb Toss because it didn't fit his rushdown playstyle

Modified "Cannon Bomb" to work more as an approach tool

Toot Toot Twoot: B, DB, B, z (Can be comboed into Hypers)

Roll Me Down: B, D, F, z (Mid air only)

D,D, a: "Summon Pappy"

Pummel Super : D,DB,B x+y (Wait for (! ) then enter)

D,D,a: "Shovel Shivers" 
D,D z: "Nephew Pummel" (While Nephews are already on screen)

D,D, y+z: "All American Football Tackle" (Catch the pass with X!)

    I'd like to add that with out the brilliant work of these creators, certain aspects of my characters would probably not be as refined:

    BB Hood's Push Blocking which is copied exactly and, the AI activation and guard modes are, I believe his. (http://a-and-f.mainpage.net)
   
    Splode. Well I'd like to say that it was Splodes Rouge which got DDR started developing for Mugen. In fact his first attempts at creating a character for Mugen used Rouge as a template. 
    There may be a few hints of similarities still hanging around in Popeye. Well thanks for provided such great work guys.

DDR. for making the original Popeye character and the copypasta for the Splode credit section which I modified to refer to him in the 3rd person.

Elecbyte. for making the engine that this character is made to run on. 

P.O.T.S. for making the Damage Dampener code

Vans. for the revamped Cornerpush system.

Stupa: For making the Training character that makes analysing frame data a lot easier.
