Since I made MvC2 Plusle, MvC2 Minun was yet to be made. So, to not repeat the same mistake again like I did before
(i.e. use Plusle and just swap sprites with Minun and that's it), I edited Plusle's sprites to look like Minun, and
the moveset was altered, because Plusle is the Ryu of Gen 3 PKMN games while Minun is Ken Masters of Gen 3 PKMN games,
and because Ryu and Ken (main characters of Street Fighter) have different special move properties. Also, when Minun
was released, Plusle's throw state number was changed from 810 to 825 to prevent a glitch where after
aerial rave/air combo was finished, sometimes the character grabs the opponent from the distance while also being
in the air.

Differences between Minun and Plusle:
- Standing HK and Crouching HK are different between both characters
- Minun's Electro Ball/Hadouken has limited range, a la MvC2 Ken
- Minun's Thunder Punch is now Shoryuken-esque move, while Plusle's one is a dashing uppercut
- Minun's Thunder does multiple hits, unlike Plusle
- Charge Beam is replaced by Shoryureppa in Minun's move set, because Ken Masters of Street Fighter prefers Shoryuken
  instead
- Minun's throw has a roll before throwing the opponent, akin to that throw of Ken Masters

- Nerfed the supers
- Fixed a small oversight in "Thrown" animation
- Super Thunder move now does not give you the power every time Thunder strikes to your opponent

- Lowered down a volume of their voice lines (but perhaps they are still loud because the voice lines I took from
  DarkMasao2's Minun were distorted)
v1.0b:
- Replaced Guard Push code from SMvC template ones with more-or-less a replica of that mechanic with more original coding

Moves:
Throw - [F]+z or [B]+z (close)

Electro Ball/Hadouken - 236, x/y/z
^ Projectile velocity and range varies with button pressed
^ Can be performed in air

Thunder Punch/Shoryuken - 623, x/y/z
^ Distance travelled varies with button pressed

Thunder - 214, x/y/z
^ Projectile position varies with button pressed

Counter - 623, a/b/c

Super Thunder - 214, x+y/y+z/x+z (uses 1 power bar)

Shoryureppa - 236, x+y/y+z/x+z (uses 1 power bar)

Discharge - 236, a+b/b+c/a+c (uses 1 power bar)

Notes:
- debug.act contains palette for making your own palette. The sprite group 333 index 9000 also contains ref file for
  palette making
- Because the base character for sprites and the moveset was Plusle, palettes for both characters are interchangeable
- Electro Ball/Hadouken move uses MvC2 Dan Hibiki's Gadouken sprites actually, because I'm unable to find a perfect
  spritesheet of MvC2-like Electro Ball move or something

- Despite it's already done, some new moves could be made for this Minun, like the team hyper move for both Plusle and
  Minun (as of v1.1)
