This is a remake of my first Mugen character, Minion Pig. Unlike the previous version, this version aims for a different gameplay style, along with featuring new moves, and a largely different moveset. Some moves from the previous version were remade and now look different.

1. WHO IS MINION PIG?

The Minion Pig is a character from the Angry Birds franchise. It is the lowest rank of the Piggy kingdom society and the Minion Pigs make up the majority of its population. They very often steal eggs from the birds, planning to cook and eat them. They also built fortresses to prevent the birds from reaching the King Pig. Despite this, they tend to be still defeated despite their efforts. The pigs have also gotten their own spin-off in 2012 in the form of Bad Piggies, which starred a pig named Ross.

 *[CHANGE] Minion Pig has been resprited, with the results now being more accurate to the source material. The same applies to Ross and Metal Frame Pig.
 *[ADD] Two more character-specific victory quotes.
 *[CHANGE] Bottom Balloon's knockback for each version. It also now launches the opponent up.
 *[ADD] Metal Frame Pig now makes use of a PosSet after it lands.
 *[REMOVE] An unnecessary DestroySelf from Balloon Barrage when the balloons go forward.
 *[CHANGE] Palettes 11 and 12 are now based on Ice and Laser Birds, respectively.

 *[REMOVE] Projectile immunity against Minion Pig (M). I'll admit, while I still hate this piece of crap character, I was a bit more "edgy" and harsh towards unbalanced characters; I'm now kinder to them as long as they have some interesting and cool stuff.
 *[CHANGE] Minion Pig now uses 6 buttons for normals, which also gives him more comboability.
 *[ADD] Throw.
 *[BUFF] A.I, now being smarter.
 *[NERF] Place TNT and Triple Place TNT now have 2 seconds of cooldown after the TNTs explode to prevent potential overpowered combos.
 *[ADD] Aerial drift, short jumps, and fastfalling.
 *[ADD] Ultimate. Needs 300 HP and 3000 power to be used.

 *[CHANGE] Bottom Balloon in some ways:
  *[CHANGE] It now causes soft knockdown when the opponent is airbone.
  *[NERF] In order to prevent any possible infinites, its cooldown was increased and now it lasts for a whole second before it can be used again if it hits the opponent.
 *[CHANGE] Balloon Barrage now causes hard knockdown and its pausetime if it hits the opponent is slightly longer.
 *[FIX] If the projectile immunity against a certain character was on, Minion Pig could be hit while using the super jump.

============================================================================================================================================================================3. GAMEPLAY

-MAIN GAMEPLAY-
Minion Pig is a keepaway character, focusing on zoning the opponents with his projectiles. On top of having the two standard projectiles, he also has a projectile that he can use to stall and make a bit of a wall, with its EX version tracking the opponent's position. Obviously, Minion Pig does have his combos, so you can decide if you want to play keepaway or up close… or maybe even both!

Some of his moves are encased in square brackets ([ ]) as seen in this readme. These mean that the button (mainly a directional input) must be held down for the move to be performed. Some specials also come with an EX version, a stronger version that requires 500 power and gives some longer endlag, and EX moves require two buttons to be pressed.

-COMBOS-
Minion Pig's comboing focuses on chaining moves, and his combo system is inspired by MvC, where he can cancel his launcher into his super jump for aerial raves. He can also use some moves to extend some combos for more damage. As he has no special that has an airborne version, ground combos can result in more hits, especially with one special and one hyper.

-MECHANICS-
Minion Pig has a few mechanics to go through. One of them is a dodge, performed with X+A. When he performs it, he does not get hit from melee attacks and projectiles, giving him a defensive tool, unless he is hit by a throw (which WILL hit him, so don't be surprised when he is hit by a grab for example if he's dodging!). The second one is a power charge, performed with Y+B. Doing this will cause Minion Pig to gain power if the button is held, which will give him faster access to EX specials and hypers, though this comes at a cost of not allowing him to move, so make sure you don't abuse it too much. The third one is parrying, performed when you walk forward just before the opponent's attack makes contact, and this mechanic has an airborne version. When performed, Minion Pig negates all damage the opponent's attack would do to him, while providing small invincibility to not be hit while parrying. Another one is an air dash, performed by pressing forward twice to do a forward one and vice versa. This does not give him any unique properties, but allows him to cancel it into any of his normals, while giving him more air control. And lastly, he has a super jump, performed by pressing down, and then up. This is mainly a combo tool, though he can also use it to reach certain opponents if his regular jumps or his anti-air aren't enough to get to them.

-MOVELIST-
SPECIALS:

Wheel Charge: D, DF, F, X/Y/Z
- Minion Pig looks backward as a wooden wheel charges onto the opponent, tripping them upon contact. Wheel's speed varies depending on the button pressed.
 - EX version: Two wheels charge.

Place TNT: D, DF, F, A/B/C
- Minion Pig looks forward as a TNT appears, with its placement's distance varying depending on which button is pressed. The TNT explodes after two seconds, though it can be also exploded if the opponent hits it. Only one TNT can be present on-screen at a time.
 - EX version: Places two TNTs instead of one.

Boxing Glove Box Punch: D, DB, B, X/Y/Z
- Minion Pig uses a boxing glove box to punch the opponent, causing hard wall bounce if the opponent is near a wall. Great combo tool.
 - EX version: Stronger knockback.

Bottom Balloon: D, DB, B, A/B/C
- Minion Pig looks down as a balloon flies from the bottom, with vertical velocity and the spot it spawns varying depending which button is pressed. Decent camping tool, but has a bit of cooldown.
 - EX version: Two balloons appear instead of one and they track the opponent's position.

Ross: [B], F, X/Y/Z
- Minion Pig looks to the other side as Ross walks and attacks the opponent with a wood frame. Cannot be blocked while airbone. Can be used as a combo extender.

Metal Frame Pig: [B], F, A/B/C
- Minion Pig looks up as another Minion Pig falls down in a metal frame. Tracks the opponent's position and can be used as a get-off-me attack.

HYPERS:

Balloon Barrage: D, DF, F, D, DF, F, X+Y/Y+Z/X+Z (uses 1000 power)
- Minion Pig looks backward while 16 balloons fly from the back. Multi projectile that causes hard knockdown.

Ride on a Wooden Vehicle: D, DF, F, D, DF, F, A+B/B+C/A+C (uses 2000 power)
- A wooden vehicle appears and Minion Pig hops onto it, driving it onto the opponent. Large hitbox and a great combo tool. Also gains invincibility, but damage is not that high as a result.

Ross' Charge: D, DB, B, D, DB, B, X+Y/Y+Z/X+Z (uses 3000 power)
- Minion Pig looks backward as Ross suddenly charges onto the opponent, launching them up. Must be blocked quickly due to how fast Ross goes, though in some cases, Minion Pig can use this move as another get-off-me option. Cannot be blocked while crouching.

Triple Place TNT: D, DB, B, D, DB, B, A+B/B+C/A+C (uses 3000 power)
- A stronger version of Place TNT where three TNTs are placed. Properties are the same as Place TNT's.

-ULTIMATE- 
The ultimate is a move that is performed by crouching thrice and pressing X+Y+Z. The move covers the entire screen, dealing almost enough damage to K.O. the opponent if at full HP, and can only be performed after the "DANGER!" message appears, while giving them full invincibility during its duration. 

Minion Pig's ultimate - Nuke Fall:
Minion Pig looks up as a nuke (giant amount of TNTs actually, but still) falls down, exploding upon hitting the ground and hitting everyone. This move is based on these inventions you can make in Bad Piggies if you use a giant amount of TNTs.

-OTHER MOVES-
Guard Cancel: Z+C during blockstun (uses 1000 power)
- Minion Pig uses a TNT to knock the opponent away. It used to be a standalone move as TNT Explosion, but was moved into a Guard Cancel.

4. PALETTES
Minion Pig has a total of 12 palettes, all of which can be selected if you press a different button when you're at the character select screen. Note that palettes 7-12 can only be selected if you hold start (which is used for the taunt). However, Minion Pig comes with a palette selector, which allows the player to select any of the 12 palettes, which can be helpful if they change their mind before the match can start. Below are the palettes:

A: Green (Default)
B: Red
C: Chuck
X: Blues
Y: Matilda
Z: Bomb
Start+A: Bubbles
Start+B: Gale
Start+C: Stella
Start+X: Hal
Start+Y: Ice Bird
Start+Z: Laser Bird

5. NOTES

-THINGS YOU CAN DO WITH HIM-
 1. Make a match with him.
 2. Share it with your friends/fans in case you would want them to gain a potential interest in Angry Birds or especially Bad Piggies
 3. Give him an A.I. patch if you want his A.I. to be stronger. No permission needed, though credit will be still appreciated. :)
 4. Create additional palettes for him, in case you would want more variety or have your own palettes.
 5. Send me feedback if there are any oddities, oopsies, or bugs, especially that can affect his gameplay.

-THINGS YOU CANNOT DO WITH HIM-
 1. Make NSFW/18+ edits (this includes vore edits.).
 2. Bash him (it's a waste of time. There are better ways of using your time rather than bashing. This isn't the 2010s anymore anyways).
 3. Make spriteswaps or paletteswaps of him, because doing them is laziness and is disrespectful.
 4. Giving deconstructive feedback (such as "Your char sucks lol, learn how to make chars dork", or "Lol you can't make chars properly, you're a loser"), as it sounds more like insulting not just the character, but me.

-THINGS THAT REQUIRE PERMISSION-
 1. As I tend to have trust issues with some Mugen content creators, editing him requires permission from me. Note that what can be edited are combos, gameplay, and other stuff, but absolutely no NSFW/18+ edits as mentioned earlier.
 2. Using codes from the character if you're creating a Mugen character yourself. It's better to learn how to code instead of steal, so if you would want to use some of his code, ask me first.
 3. Use of sprites in a different project.

-KNOWN ISSUES-
 1. The A.I. code is not perfect, but I tried.

-OTHER NOTES-
 1. This character was made only for Mugen 1.0 and up. Older versions of Mugen will not load the character.
 2. Tested on Mugen 1.1, but still works on Mugen 1.0.

Struggling with adding Minion Pig to your roster? No worries, here's how to do it:

1. Unpack the character's folder and add it in the chars folder
2. Go to data and open select
3. Paste the following name in the character section: MinionPig

And here you go! Minion Pig should now appear anytime you start Mugen.
