Implemented Explodsive Buffering System
Made Fate Sealer a Level 3 and adjusted damage accordingly
Made it so you can select a taunt by holding a directional input.
Rebalanced Guarding frame data and knockback
Made Ground Disintegrator less OP against characters with super armor
Made it so you can still Super Jump after you land from an air combo. (Might cause some issues)
Fixed bug with Air Z infinite preventor
Buffed Disintegrator stun move's damage
Made Electric Bubbles end faster for easier followups
Made Mini Modulator less spammy
Made it so the opponent is able to walk back when custom jump land kicks in.

Fixed bug that caused him to freeze up after Push Block is used
