AI Patch for Jean Pierre Polnareff (1.0 Version) by Nimame and Mr.Giang

Patching another JJBA HFTF character, an edit of a source accurate one. Giang's edit of Pol at first glance doesn't seem to huge aside from a few things, being able to cancel specials into supers and tandem, guard cancel costing meter, button rearrangement, stylish cancel. But then when you look at the smaller stuff Giang changed then... oh... Generally most of pol's moves have had increased hitstun/less hitpause leading to stronger advantage on hit, advantage that can reach the double digets. Due to this Polnareff's combo game has been made a lot more consistent if not outright improved, his combos becoming quite flashy which I wanted to play on for the AI. Pol tends to be quite aggro in stand off until he gets his hit in, and then the fun really starts for him, Pol will do a simple stand off BNB loop which you can modify how many times he does before branching out and going into stand-on. Pol's combos do a lot but they won't TOD (depending on your mugen life but it for sure doesn't on 100%) he will give you some breathing room but will go for some more risky shooting star setups to try and get things started again. it's worth noting that Giang changed Polnareff's damage scaling to a custom one, so hits at the start will do the most damage before going down significantly. Pol also uses stand on to his advantage a lot, still applying pressure while poking a lot, anti-airs are especially notable in stand on with the godly 4b. There are some notable stuff I have to mention, tag team system completely removed, this patch is for the 1.0 version specifically and lastly I created an alternate DEF file with a nerfed attack stat for those who prefer that. This one was genuinely really fun to patch.

Pros:
- General HFTF and Active stand mechanics, push guards, chip immunity, tandems and so much more.
- Amazing frame data that has been buffed all around the board, many niche or bad moves have been made much more usable like Stand Off 66a and Stand On 2b, the latter is even a key part in neutral. Heck even his really bad 5b was made usable. But barring those the good moves have become even better, 2a and all the stand out crouching moves receiving much more frame advantage allowing for even stronger combos.
- As stated amazing combo game, Ray Dart being a key in both stand off and stand on. For some reason stand on Ray Dart received a buff so it'll stun the opponent greatly once, giving Pol a free needle pierce confirm.
- Special to Super Cancelling is a really nice edition. Free Tandem or Armor Take Off after needle pierce.
- Great reversal options, Tandem is a given but Armor Take Off's startup was reduced SIGNIFICANTLY making for an amazing Anti-Air as well punishing moves too quick for Tandem.
- Really good Oki with shooting star, allows pol to setup potential unblockables if timed right on the right characters...
Cons:
- One of the God Buttons 2c was nerfed, at least 2b was buffed and dashing 2c remains great.
- Damage Scaling keeps him in place.
- Million Spits try not to be bad challenge: Impossible.
- Requiem is actually a bit better here as there is a confirm with cancelling out of needle pierce, but Pol needs to do little hits possible in a combo so it's not really worth it. It's not awful just sadly not usable.
- ...But Pol risks getting punished badly if it doesn't work, luckily the damage pol gets will likely be more than if the opponent gets him.
