Character Modifications: Shortened the pause length of the counter-attack. I did this to lower the risk of matches on certain sites from "timing out" (as in, taking so long in real time, the match just skips on its own).

I finally made a god-level AI. Yes, it's possible for the kurainuke to trigger without taking any damage (I checked), but the way it works is very difficult by human hands, unless you have turbo, are Takahashi Meijin in his prime, or alter the command to just one button press. This is also a strange in that I don't alter the common1 file. In fact, he doesn't really need it.

He is not unbeatable, however. He has one main weakness: grabs. If an opponent's attack is even coded as a grab, it will hurt him, and he is incapable of flipping through it all. Super Armor can block his super, but that alone may not be enough to ravage him.
