Of the updated 8-Bit Series by Basara-kun, this is the last one I'm doing. I'm not going to do the TMNT 3 Turtles (too simple, plus the only difference between the four is one super; I'm not sure how they operate with default AI because I haven't tested them yet), Atari 2600 Karate (too primitive and limited, just like the game he's from), E.T. (meant to be a joke character anyway), or Voltman (overly limited moveset, plus he's already good enough with default AI anyway). As usual, I'm only doing the 2x scaled version because of better compatability with other fighters (still small, but not ridiculous "hitbox romance" levels of small).

As it turned out, it wasn't as complicated as I thought it would be. I also finally figured out how to make jumping more consistent. The solution was much simpler than I thought, though I couldn't tell because most of the tutorials either don't make a big deal out of it or don't spell it out well enough. I'm satisfied with the performance overall despite him turning out to be an easily-comboed jobber.
