For many years, I lamented the lack of a non-potato Karakuri in the AI battling circuit. He has a cool design: a large samurai robot skeleton. It didn't help that until recent third-party edits came into play, the character just didn't work right (for example, the helper bots were supposed to explode, but they were duds in the ancient version). He can be a bit sluggish and is a big target, but he packs major firepower.

I also spent a significant portion of my time trying to fill in the required sprites the best I could. He was missing roughly half his required sprites. I don't know how many would actually be used, but I did it anyway so that he doesn't disappear when thrown and so that Fighter Factory would stop whining about it. I even had to fix an issue with helpers turning into clones with numerous "destroyself" states. I admit that I went overboard, but you can't be too careful with this engine. Always vote for the lesser of two janks.
