A Patch for Mega X's Falco that I decided to do when me and a friend were watching spriteclub on VC. When we saw this Falco on Downdrafts I was said "Wait... This character doesn't have AI" and soon I got the idea to give this Falco an AI Patch.

Basic Gameplay:
Falco is a very simple character. While he seems to be styled as a KoF Character with a lot of his effects, he has a lot of good chain attacks and combos. However while Falco does have an infinite, I decided to not incorporate it since it's very tight and goes against what I wanted to do with Falco. What I did with falco was make him a heavily neutral based character that plays defensive. At far distances, he has a lot of options that he mixes up a lot like shooting a laser, jumping in, jumping back, rolling in or rolling back. He constantly changes which one he'll do to be decently hard to predict. Up close Falco has a few ways to make his moves save. While ending a guard string with his Illusion is safe, it can be very predictable. To counter this, I had falco sometimes choose to end the guard string with his standing light punch or crouching light kick. Up close he'll sometimes use his standing light punch as a quick poke or sometimes an Anti-Air with his Crouching Light Punch being used as a quick attack up close or courching light kick as a quick low. His Shine is another move used when Falco has a small gap between the opponent, using it as a whiff punish tool however not too often. Shine is very gimmicky since if Falco gets hit, as long as the shine is out the opponent still has to worry about getting hit by it since it causes a hard knockdown. Basically what I did with Falco was make him a very patient fighter with a ton of mixups. When he does get a hit in he does very short simple combos that still do good damage while keeping his dampener as low as possible.

Changes from the original:
- In order to Ground tech he needs a "CanRecover" flag now, this is to prevent him breaking out of normally true combos
- Grab Break mechanic removed due to several bugs (Opponent glitching out or sometimes just flat out going invisible)
