First off, thanks for downloading this character. 

This readme contains information that you may want to read if you have 
problems using this character. But if you know how to use kishio's 
original Donald character, you should be good to go.

WHAT MAKES HIM MORE THAN JUST A MINOR EDIT?

Well, when I originally started on editing Donald, I wasn't expecting this
character to get as far as it has. But, as you can see, my expectations
were wrong! But anyway onto some things that make him stand out:

-Has a new voice.
-Has new palettes.
-Has special character intros.
-Has his own hitsparks.
-Has fatality compatibility with certain Mortal Kombat characters.
-And probably the most prominent, when he is under 500 HP, he goes into 
 what I like to call "Berserk Mode". Essentially what this is is that 
 when under 500 HP, Evil Donald goes insane with his hamburgers and
 all of his other fast food of death. For example, he will chuck three 
 hamburgers at you when he would throw only one otherwise. His Supers
 are also more brutal when in berserk mode. Finally, his taunt changes 
 into a hit that does little damage but is unblockable and sends opponents  
 flying. This was mainly made to keep cheap characters that are swarming
 you off.

Please do not make any unauthorized edits to my edit. Not only would I not

edited? I will gladly listen to anyone suggestions of what they would like

Progress:

Version 2.1

-The removeanim for the "French Fries" projectile now has a transparency
 effect.
-Fixed the energy pillar in the normal power charge; the pillar does not
 stay binded to Evil Donald if he is hit.
-The berserk mode of "Hambuga" has the burgers flying at different
 accelerations.
-All Berserk Mode supers have a red afterimage.
-Added some more combo-ability in berserk mode. For example, executing
 "Air Four Hambuga" or "Korekurai" if "Dona-side Cutter" connects with a
 hit, will allow Evil Donald to use that move. Also, "Air Four Hambuga" 
 can cancel into "Korekurai".

Version 2.0
-In the berserk mode of "Dance", Evil Donald does not get pushed away if
 his opponent is hit in a corner.
-"Stun Lazer" now has a fancy effect if it succeeds in hitting the
 opponent, as well as being executed.
-Fixed bug in Combo Breaker: if Evil Donald is hit by an attack that puts
 him in a custom state, Evil Donald will be put in the custom state. In
 addition, Evil Donald does not immediately fall back to the ground.
 Instead, he smoothly falls back to the ground.
-Evil Donald can now be hit during the Normal and Berserk Mode variations
 of the Hyper Beam attack.
-Possibly fixed a bug with the Apple Bomb attack. If they were spawned
 before Evil Donald went into Berserk Mode, they would sometimes fail to
 detonate. Now they immediately explode once Berserk Mode is activated.
-Fixed Evil Donald so that if PalFX is applied to him, he retains it.
-"Dona-side Slicer" can now cancel into "Air Four Hambuga" and
 "Korekurai".
-Nerfed Attack and Defence stats to 100 and 110, respectively.
-Made a few cosmetic touch-ups: the "Dona-side Cutter" effect disappears
 when the attack cancels into a different attack, and some of the helpers
 that had unnecessary shadows now have no shadow. Also, in the Impure mode
 of "Hyper Beam", the two extra beams are angled more accurately.
-Edited the "Lose by Time Over" animation.
-Slightly altered some of the "Get Hit" animations.
-Removed the alternate SFF for Kohaku's Melty Blood EVO Custom Portrait
 screenpack. I plan to upload the portrait independently from the
 character to cut down on space.

VERSION 1.1
-Edited the special intro against Colonel Sanders. There's also a nice 
 little easter egg that happens as a result from it. 
-Made the third hitbox for "Dona-side Slicer" a little bigger, so it hits
 easier (?).
-Changed "Apple Bomb Cluster" to "Cluster Bomb". This does not apply to
 Impure Mode.
-Added anim 9016.
-Changed the animation for "Touhou Style Charge".

 of Fear" and when Evil Donald is hit when using an attack that consists

 -Made Impure Mode a little cheaper.
-The berserk mode version of "Air Potato Blade" can combo into 
 "Air Dona-side Cutter", "Air Hambuga", or "Air Four Hambuga".
-Slightly altered both versions "Grab n' Pound", and Evil Donald does a
 special victory pose if the opponent is defeated by it.
-Changed the hitdef attribute of "Hyper Beam" from Hyper Attack to Hyper

-During Apple Bomb Cluster, Evil Donald throws each Apple Bomb at a random

-Apple Bomb explodes quicker in Berserk Mode, and even quicker in Impure
 Mode.
-A bug has surfaced in "Shun Dona Satsu". It takes a split second for the
 victory background to appear. I don't know what the reason is for it, but
 I have yet to find a fix for it.
-French Fries do not trap the opponent as long as they previously did. 
 This does not apply to Impure Mode, however.
-Slightly altered the "vs. Something Weird alt. (part 2)" intro.

 like the more traditional SGS move. Also created a Berserk Mode 
 variation. It even comes with its own victory pose if the opponent is 
 defeated by it.
-Charging requires you to hold two buttons down now, as opposed to just
 one. This was done to open up new button combinations.
-Remade the crossed arms sprite. 
-The "vs. something weird" intro has two different outcomes.
-Changed some of the custom portraits.
-Added a new super - "Glimpse of Fear". It is only usable if Evil Donald 
 is in Impure Mode.

-Donald Girl dissappears alot quicker when she "warps", allowing her to be

 least used move, for legitimate reasons.

-Added an entirely new special mode, well, almost. I like to call it 
 "Insta-Berserk Mode", or as some may feel free to dub it, 
 "I Hate EFZ Mode". Essentially this is triggered by characters not
 cheap enough to be disposed by "Impure Mode". What it does is, surprise,
 surprise, starts Evil Donald up in his "Berserk Mode" at the beginning of
 the match, full HP. In addition to that, specific characters trigger 
 attributes that aren't even in Berserk Mode. I also included an intro for
 this mode. 
-Evil Donald can now turn in "Impure Mode".
-Changed the icon.
-Finshed all Impure attacks.
-Redid the Berserk Mode version of "Hanva ga da" so it don't look retarded  
 anymore.
-Balanced some of the Berserk Mode Supers. For example, 
 "Evil Donald Magic" got as much as a 300 damage reduction!!!
-Considered Evil Donald finished (September 6, 2011).
-Fixed some bugs regarding the 12th Palette.
-Made some cosmetic changes. See if you can notice them!
-Evil Donald no longer slides when he uses "Evil Donald Magic" or "Stun
 Lazer" after landing a hit with "Air Glide".

BETA VERSION 4
-Changed Palette 10 from "Purple Donald" to "Unstable Donald".
-Evil Donald regains control if he misses an air grab. 
-Fixed the Kamek Ultima Bug (Evil Donald is unaffected by Ultima).
-Has a new victory pose with Ronald McDonald when Ronald does his "WRYYY"
 victory pose (kinda buggy though, so don't expect to see it all the time).
-Evil Donald Girl does the Ran Ran Ru victory pose when Evil Donald does.
-Added a new super - "Apple Bomb Cluster". The name is self-explanitory, 
 so I'm not gonna go into too much detail. This is also made to replace
 the berserk mode variation of "Apple Bomb", to balance Evil Donald 
 better. Also created a berserk mode variation. 
-Changed Palette 11 from "Shady Donald" to "Reversed Donald".
-Happy Set is different.
-Added two counter attacks. They require 500 power and 50 life, however.
-Berserk mode "Hanva ga da" is more unique. 
-Intro against Better Donald is a little different.

-Made a custom state for getting hit by "Stun Lazer" if the opponent lacks

-To allow Evil Donald to put up a fight against "God" characters, I've 
 added a special mode that I like to call "Impure Mode". Unlike most edits
 that simply make this type of mode palette triggered, I've made it to 
 where Evil Donald only goes into this state when he is pitted against
 certain characters. Ones that I consider cheap. 
-Fixed a major bug with the berserk mode variation of the potato blade
 attack.
-Added a new attack, or grab, rather. Evil Donald grabs the opponent by 
 the neck and slings them away after a while. Yes, it's Shadow Dio's
 grab attack, whatever the heck it's called.
-The small french fry attack now has a distinctive hitsound.
-Finally finshed the necessary coding for a new Super: Grab n' Pound. For
 those who actually read this thing, this Super was supposed to be in 
 Beta v3, but it didn't look too great at the time. Now it looks much 
 better. I also made a berserk mode variation of it. 
-Added new Super: Air Grab n' Pound. Pretty much the same as above move, 
 but the grab is executed in the air (obviously). Wonderful combo attack.
-In the berserk mode variation of "Diagonal Hambuga", the burgers fly out
 in a more fan-like motion.
-When an opponent is hit by Stun Lazer, a dizzy sound effect plays.
-Since I created Air Grab n' Pound, I thought having Evil Donald grab at 
 the end of "Dance" in Berserk Mode was redundant, so I changed it once   
 again. It ain't the same as before, though...
-Apple Bomb is laid slightly quicker in Berserk Mode (and by slightly, I
 mean 2 ticks. There is a slightly different animation for it, though). 
-Made a berserk mode variation of "Go Active - Weak". 
-Added in more sounds, including another one of them infamous 4218 sounds.  
-He has rape immunity.
-He only has one charge effect, but it looks pretty neat (you better like
 it, because it was a pain to code >_<).
-Changed the angles of the burgers in Diagonal Hambuga so the move isn't
 as useless as it was before. 
-Made an alternate version of that new grab mentioned earlier. It can be
 used anywhere, and Evil Donald slides toward the opponent when the attack
 is executed.
-Edited the animation for the Berserk Mode "Unhappy Set".
-Slightly changed the special intro against Donald.

BETA VERSION 3
-Crossed arms sprite is better (courtesy of DarkDonald1).
-Added new Super: Grounded Korekurai. Also created a berserk mode variation.
-In his "spinning intro", after the enemy finishes their intro, Evil Donald
 utters something rather quietly before appearing.
-His Hyper portrait looked odd before (look at his collar, its all a solid
 black color). I fixed it.
-Added two new palettes - Shady Donald and Negative Donald.
-Added berserk mode variations of Evil Donald Girl and Evil Donald Girl 
 Rush. 
-In the intro against Donalddesu's Ronald McDonald, I have removed the 
 lifebars. 
-Updated his hit sounds. That is, they sound a little louder, with a bit 
 more boom.
-Added a berserk mode variation of Hanva ga da. Not much different from 
 it's original form, except that Evil Donald ascends a little faster and 
 the attack is unblockable. I'll make it better later.
-In Beta v2, in Evil Donald's berserk mode variation of Diagonal Hambuga,
 The burgers disappeared later than they should have. I have fixed that.
-Potato Blades are slightly longer in berserk mode.
-Evil Donald can grab an enemy in the air when they're falling.
-The berserk mode variation of "Dance" ends differently.
-If Evil Donald stands still long enough, you get to see something strange.
-I have put the appropriate hitsparks in every hitdef.
-I have fixed the alignment of the two extra burgers in Evil Donald's "Air
 Four Hambuga" and "Korekurai" berserk mode attacks.
-Changed the icon and 120 x 140 picture yet again.
-Added two new special intros.

BETA VERSION 2
-Added more berserk mode moves, then took them out. Left only certain 
 specials in berserk mode(projectiles, for instance) because I thought 
 Evil Donald was hard to handle when he was under 500 HP.
-Hanva ga da super can now hit the opponent when they are in the air.
-Changed the 9020 sprite (call me a noob, but only recently did I know what
 midnight bliss was). 
-Changes were made to some sprites so palette 2 would look better.
-Changed the animation for the berserk mode Donald Magic attack.
-Those three guys that appear after Evil Donald's KO look better.
-Changed both pictures that appear on the character select screen 
 (the 120x140 one don't look like crap anymore!).
-Unhappy Set is unblockable in normal and berserk mode.

-When opponent is hit with Stun Lazer while they are in the air, they

 hamburgers at different diagonal angles.
-Simplified command for "Four Hambuga" 
-Air throw (where Evil Donald catches the opponent in the air and slams 
 them into the ground) is a little easier to execute.
-Added new victory poses, including a special one with the original Donald
 (had to sacrifice the Evil Donald Girl victory pose, though).
-Put in some more sound effects and stuff.
-Four Hamburger Throw looks better in berserk mode now. 
-Created this readme (October 22, 2010)!
-To decrease the amount of Apple Bomb spamming, I made it to when an Apple
 Bomb is set, it has a chance to be a dud, and will only do miniscule
 damage even if it manages to hit the opponent (the dud animation has a
 tiny hitbox).
-I have created an option that lets you choose which power up effect.
 There's three options: cartoony rising dust, MUGEN's default power up 
 effect, and another that I can't really name. To choose which one you 
 prefer, open the .cns file and go down to State 4100. There you will see 
 three options, divided by a dashed line. Just uncomment the lines for 
 whichever effect you want, and comment the lines that aren't going to be 
 used. 
-The "Spinning Intro" doesn't start until the opponent's intro is over.

-Dust kicks up when Evil Donald uses "Go Active Strong", when he hits the 
 ground during his 500 HP "Unhappy Set", and his "Hanva ga da" attack.
-In Beta v1, his "Dona-side Cutter" attack hit twice, regardless of the HP 
 he had, and it only did it once if executed in midair. I have now put the 
 normal 1-hit "Dona-side Cutter" in place of the 2-hit unless he is at 
 500 HP or less, then he can do a 2-hit kick on the ground or in midair.
-His special intro against Donalddesu's Ronald McDonald is now more epic!

-After looking at what I made his attack and defense stats in comparison 
 to other characters, I dropped his attack and defense stats from 200 to 
 150. This may change in the future.
-Added some special intros with DarkDonald1's Unleashed Ronald and a girl
 named Ayu Tukimiya, whoever that is (DarkDonald1 put these intros in a 
 Beta v1 edit, which is... not anymore... idk... on his site, whatever, 
 I just decided to stick them in here).
-If Evil Donald is hit 25 times in succession (a 25 hit combo), he will 
 automatically use an attack that will get you out of it (like what 
 Donald's 12th Palette does). I still need to clean up this a little bit,
 though, because, for example, if an enemy, like Kamek, uses his move
 "Ultima", Evil Donald can get stuck in the custom state and the AI for
 Kamek will not ever think about attacking. So I plan to limit this attack 
 to only certain enemies. Remember, this is only Beta v2. 
-Korekurai has a berserk mode variation.
-Added hitsparks to Evil Donald. These also may change in the future.
-A new hyper portrait appears when Unhappy Set is used.

Evil Donald's Lost Moves:

While working on Beta v3, I experimented with some attacks that I planned 
on including in Evil Donald's arsenal. The first attack was called 
"Air Fries". Essentially what it was was Evil Donald's tiny french fry 
attack executed in the air, with the "Air Four Hambuga" animation. I
removed them because they weren't really necessary. The second attack was 
a super, called "Grab n' Pound". In this attack, Evil Donald grabbed his 
opponent, slammed them into the ground, and proceeded to beat them into 
a pulp. I removed it because I didn't care too much for the way the 
opponent looked. If I feel like it, I'll sexify it and add it back in.

UPDATE!
"Grab n' Pound" implemented as of Beta v4!!!

While working on Beta v4, I experimented once again with some 
new stuff. This time, I was trying out counters. If Evil Donald was 
guarding an attack, if you pressed a  certain button combination, he would
strike back. They were a success. The first one was a Dona-side Cutter 
type counter, for a close attack. The second one had Evil Donald slide 
the screen and hit the enemy, this time for attackers that spammed 
projectiles. Despite them costing 500 power and their low damage, I felt 
that they gave Evil Donald too big of an advantage, considering he has a 
power charge. As a result, I removed them. I also made another super 
called "Big Apple Bomb". In this move, Evil Donald lobs a humongous 
(surprise, surprise) Apple Bomb. I created a brand new apple bomb sprite
for this attack, kind of a hi-res version of the normal apple bomb sprite.
Even though I had completely coded the move and tested it out, I wasn't 
completely happy with it. It did extreme damage for a level 2 super, but I
figured having it hurt Evil Donald and his partner as well as the 
opposition would balance it out. But even then, the explosion left a lot 
to be desired. It showed a frame of the first explosion sprite, then the
background would flash red and white for a lengthy duration. Didn't tickle
my fancy, to be quite honest. I made a Shun Goku Satsu Super for Evil 
Donald, and I called it "Shun Dona Satsu". While the attack itself worked
perfectly, other little things didn't work out for me, like the victory
pose he was supposed to have after the attack ended and the opponent 
defeated wasn't acting right. I couldn't really think of making a berserk 
mode variation of it that looked more unique, either. 

PS - Yeah, I know he still has counters, but just not the ones mentioned.

"Shun Dona Satsu" implemented as of Version 1.0!!!

While working on Version 1.0, I experimented with some new stuff. 
The first scrapped move was a grab, titled "Run n' Grab". This attack was
based on the one grab that Iori Yagami had, whatever the crap it was 
originally called. I removed it due to it ineffectiveness, as well as the
sloppy animation it had. Another attack I experimented with was named 
"Energy Quencher". It wasn't really an attack as much as a status 
affector. Anyhoo, during the attack, Evil Donald would place a Shake on 
the ground, and after a few seconds, it would explode in a pillar of blue
energy. Any opponent hit by it would fly up into the air, and would lose
power as long as they were falling. I removed this attack due to its 
ineffectiveness, as well. What was the real nail in the casket, though, 
was the simple fact that I was running low on button combinations, and the
move would ususally interfere with executing a super. Maybe someday.... 
Another attack that was removed was a projectile, named "Soul Shot". It 
was intended to be the equivalent of Ronald's "Soul Wisp" attack. At 
first, the attack, under the monicker "Spiral Shot", was a red spiraling
energy blast that moved very slowly. After a complete graphical 
replacement and renaming, I finally decided on removing it altogether, for
pretty much the same reasons I removed all the other attacks for this 
version. I really had a smorgasbord of ideas when it came to supers. The 
first scrapped super was "McDonalds Bliss". Betcha can't guess what it was
a knockoff of! All joking aside, though, when I came down to earth, I 
really didn't feel like making it, despite the fact that I pretty much had
the animation down. It may make a comeback, but considering that Evil 
Donald pretty much is nearly complete, I have my doubts. A second super 
that I planned on including was "Final Donald Crusher". It was a knockoff 
of M. Bison's "Final Psycho Crusher" attack, or whatever its called. 
Removed due to above reasons with "McDonalds Bliss". "Dona-side Slicer" 
was going to be usable in the air at one point. "Apple Bomb Cluster" was
going to be usable in the air as well. I also wanted to redo the "Apple
Bomb Cluster" attack and make it as one single apple bomb that exploded
into a cluster of explosions (no pun intended). I wanted it to stick to 
whoever it touched as well, but I lacked the amount of patience and 
enthusiasm to finish it through. Originally, the Impure version of "Shun
Dona Satsu" was very bloody. Due to its redundacy and difficulty coding,
I stuck with something a little simpler. The Impure version of 
"Hanva-ga Da" took up the whole screen before release, but I made it 
smaller when I finished brushing up Evil Donald. 

UPDATE!
"Apple Bomb Cluster" is now "Cluster Bomb" as of Version 1.1!

While working on Version 1.1, I experimented with some more attacks. I
started by going back to an old experiment - "Energy Quencher". I redid
the animation a little bit, and it pretty muched looked like Ronald's
"Cheez Trap" attack. I stopped after that, though, seeing as It's role as
a status attack in a fighting game is questionable. In addition to this, I
created a super version of it, dubbed "Omega Energy Quencher". It was 
removed soon afterwards as well. I also tried out a new grab. I never did 
name it. Removed due to poor results and the fact that it kindly mimicked
Better Donald's "Backwards Throw". I also created another ground grab -
"Dona-Suplex". Removed because it wasn't really necessary. As far as
Supers are concerned, I didn't really experiment with any. For cosmetics
sake, I noticed that Evil Donald has four Level 1 Supers, but 5 Level 2
Supers and 5 Level 3 Supers.So I kinda considered making a new one just
for the heck of it. It was gonna be called "Tremor Spike", where Evil
Donald would hit the ground, causing parts of the ground to damage the
enemy, and it would slowly move across the screen. But, seeing as I am a
lazy individual, I didn't finish it. I have considered making it for
another character of mine, though...

In Case If Anyone Was Wondering:

I don't know if I want to make a "God" palette for Evil Donald or not, so
there is no palette 11 or 12 at the moment. Besides, I never intended for 
Evil Donald to be an extremely cheap character. 

UPDATE!!!
After debating about the issue, I finally decided NOT to make any cheap
palettes for Evil Donald. If I want a cheap character, I'll make it it's
own character!

I didn't make any cheap palettes, but Evil Donald does have a cheap mode.   

And no, for all you gross perverts out there, the "4218 21" and "4218 23"
aren't in Evil Donald's sound file for Kuromaru compatibility. They are in 
there for Choiyer's Haruhi Suzumiya character (Knowing Choiyer, though,
I probably should have realized that nothing good could come out of this).
But Donalddesu's Ronald McDonald had these sound clips too, and from my 
knowledge, he ain't exactly a fan of hentai characters himself.
