Emolga (from Pokemon)
created by YochiThMaster333
=========================================================================================================================
This character is a remake of my very first MvC2 Emolga character that used FelixMario2011's sprites. This time, the
sprites were completely redone from scratch, with more accurate head and tail proportions. This creation also marks the
end of my MvC2 creations based on MugenFan98/TimsterProductions98's MvC2 Template because MvC template are being over-
used just like PotS- and OHMSBY-styles, so don't expect me to make more of them based on MvC templates, including the
MvC2 template I used for my four Pokemon.

Update history:
v1.2 FINAL UPDATE (Released November 11, 2024):
- AI Redone using parts of Gumhoy's AI Template for certain state overrides
- Added winquote against her earlier design who got leaked recently
- Fixed "No one can't stand my Electric-type attacks!" typo
- Improved readme file style
- Thunder projectiles no longer cast a shadow

v1.1 (Released August 24, 2023):
- Tried to fix the infinite where Emolga does Thunder Punch/Shoryuken when the opponent is cornered.

v1.0 (Released August 20, 2023):
**FIRST RELEASE**
=========================================================================================================================
Gameplay:
Her moveset is Shotoclone-based. She uses Electro Ball as her Hadouken-type move, Thunder Punch as her Shoryuken-type
move, and Iron Tail as her Tastumaki-type move. Aside from this, she also has Thunder as the unique special move of her
own.
=========================================================================================================================
Movelist below uses Numpad Notation:
https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Appendix:Glossary_of_fighting_games#Numpad_(Eastern)
For example, 6 becomes F, 4 becomes B, and so on.
Buttons encased in square brackets (like this: [6]) should be held down.
=========================================================================================================================
Moves:
Throw - [F]+z or [B]+z (close)

Electro Ball/Hadouken - 236, x/y/z
^ Projectile velocity varies with button pressed
^ Can be performed in air

Thunder Punch/Shoryuken - 623, x/y/z
^ Distance travelled varies with button pressed

Thunder - 214, x/y/z
^ Projectile position varies with button pressed

Iron Tail/Tatsumaki Senpuukyaku/THE PIPES ARE BROKEN - 214, a/b/c
^ Distance travelled varies with button pressed

Super Thunder - 214, x+y/y+z/x+z (uses 1 power bar)

Charge Beam - 236, x+y/y+z/x+z (uses 1 power bar)
^ Can be performed in air

Discharge - 236, a+b/b+c/a+c (uses 1 power bar)

Shoryureppa - 623, x+y/y+z/x+z (uses 1 power bar)
=========================================================================================================================
Things I'm really aware of:
- The AI code is not perfect, but I tried.
=========================================================================================================================
Notes:
- Electro Ball/Hadouken move uses MvC2 Dan Hibiki's Gadouken sprites actually, because I'm unable to find a perfect
  spritesheet of MvC2-like Electro Ball move or something
=========================================================================================================================
What need to do:
- Make sure to release the remake of my Emolga without being based on MvC2 too much
- ...maybe make Beta Emolga for MUGEN while using Pokken Tournament/Pokemon Tekken voice? (because I gotta be honest,
  I'm not a fan of Emolga's Pokemon Tekken voice due to how it sounds different from her PokePark voice, which sounds
  closer to her anime appearance)

FAQ:
(For other questions, please visit here: https://sites.google.com/site/yochismugensite/faq)
Q: Why it plays like a Shoto character (think of Ryu and Ken)? Are you lazy to have more creative moveset?
A: The original inspiration for Emolga's moveset was FelixMario's Oshawott, who is also a Shoto character. My third
   version of Emolga used FelixMario's own Emolga sprites (that were off-model, of course), was based on Zobbes' Tepig
   (who is, in turn, based on FelixMario's oldest version of Oshawott), and was also a Shotoclone with some extra moves.

Q: Pichu in Smash Bros had Agility instead of Quick Attack, why you would put the latter here?
A: Because I think Quick Attack is a better move for Pichu than Agility since the Pichu can't learn the latter in its
   home games and it's pretty much useless in traditional fighting games (MUGEN is a fighting game engine of that type),
   and Quick Attack CAN actually damage the opponent. And yes, I know, Pichu can't learn Quick Attack in main games
   either, except for Pokemon Legends: Arceus.

Q: Can I make PotS- or OHMSBY-style edit out of this creation?
A: While I do allow any recreations of this (as long as no code was reused, only sprites and animations), for PotS- and
   OHMSBY-style edits/recreations, the answer is no. These styles are imitated by many, and I feel like PotS- and
   OHMSBY-styles are about to get overused (or they are overused) in the same way as MvC templates. And don't expect me
   to see the PotS-style or OHMSBY-style templates. The only imitators of such styles I support are Jmorphman (PotS),
   KarmaCharmeleon (also PotS), and Resentone (OHMSBY).

Q: But what about vore edits?
A: I'm not allowing any vore edits either. I am right now against vore, so I HIGHLY recommend to steer clear of making
   vore edits in MUGEN. If you make vore edit of my stuff, you will be contacted to cease and desist the vore edit
   you're/'ve working/worked on.
