Hi! I'm bringing my latest edition of Black Adam by Dr.Doom and Trexell. I've made a lot of changes to make him more playable and balanced. 
Here's a list of the work I've made: 

- Improved Comboability
- Improved AI
- Cancel and Supercancel
- 3 new hyper moves
- Improved damage levels and dampening
- New voice patch
- New helper attack added
- New animations
- New portraits
- New hitsparks and FX
- Personalized quotes.
- Tweaks in ALL the basics moves
- Some extra stuff I can't remeber right now.

He may need more work to be an excellent char but now it's much more comfortable to play with. Hope you like it. Have fun!!
