 - Removed Explod Buffering: It had some issues and caused heavy lag when MaxExplods were set to a very high number - MUGEN's default command handler works good enough

 - Added Rainbow Adeleine: a new powered up form of her!
 - Fixed her being sometimes being hit during invincibility candy
 - Added a Widith SCTRL to her throw to remove some funky corner stuff
 - Added a new drawing to her taunt and canvas win pose
 - Grounded dashes now use buffered inputs to remove reversed command shenanigans
 - Air Strong Attack's juggle points have been reduced (3 > 1), should make her combos a bit more consistent
 - Extended Super Sword's inner hitbox again 
 - Capcom hit effects (fire and electric effects) now have proper 4:3 scaling
 - Updated and added some effects

 - Added a win quote for Dedede

 - Super Sword's inner hitbox on the first frame has been extended upward to reduce blindspots
 - Ice Dragon Hyper has been buffed:
  - Damage increased
  - Increased hitboxes on Ice Blocks
  - Block stun on first hit increased significantly so that the ice blocks connect

 - Made it harder to accidently double jump after dismounting from Rick and Coo

Biography: 

Adeleine is a talented artist from the world of Kirby who has the ability to paint things to life.  She is often protrayed as weak in the source material
and needs her paintings to fight on her behalf.  She is great friends with good old Kirby, and she is also good friends with Ribbon, who work together
in Kirby 64 and Star Allies.

Adeleine uses the X, Y, and Z buttons to attack.
To throw, press B while close to opponent.
Adeleine can dodge with the A button.
